• Achieve personal real estate sales targets according to department performance requirements;
• 为客户提供一对一房产咨询服务，准确理解客户需求；
• Provide one-on-one real estate consulting services to customers and accurately understand customer needs;
• 运营客户，定制海外身份规划，签约服务；
• Operate customers, customize overseas identity planning, and sign contract services;
• 定期复盘，提交销售总结；
• Review sales regularly and submit sales summary;
• 拍摄房产短视频及直播。
• Shoot real estate short videos and live broadcasts.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- 2年以上泰国房产销售经验，有旅游、房产、直播经验优先；
More than 2 years of experience in real estate sales in Thailand, experience in tourism, real estate, and live broadcasting is preferred;
- 形象气质佳，具备优秀的沟通能力和客户服务意识。
Good image and temperament, excellent communication skills and customer service awareness.
- 语言要求： 中英或中泰
Language requirement: Chinese-English or Chinese-Thai
- 国籍要求： 中国或泰国
Nationality requirement: Chinese or Thai
