รายละเอียดงาน- Maintain computer equipment (PCs, notebooks), systems (networking), internet services, and related IT devices.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues within the office.
- Resolve internet usage issues in case of any problems.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Knowledge in computers, networking, and operating systems (Windows and Linux)
- Have at least 2 years for working experience in it support/help desk field.
- Able to perform computer maintenance and repairs
- Capable of troubleshooting internet or network issues
- Willing to learn new thing
- Can communicate in English or Chinese is prefers.
