หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
รายละเอียดงาน- Control and Manage Supervisors and TSR in team to ensure that team performance meets the sales target and KPIs.
- Manage persistency rate, control the cancellation rate and do data analysis to improve TSR productivity, prioritizes product sequencing and cost management.
- Work closely with Senior Management team to update sales performance and business issues.
- To ensure the infrastructure, technologies, securities and processes deployed at all TSR are fully complied with company’s standard and local laws & regulations.
- Organize rewards and recognition program to motivate TSR team.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor degree
- Solid knowledge and working experience in Sales Management
- At least 8 years of related experience with Sales Management with at least 1 years of experience in Life insurance business
