หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
รายละเอียดงาน- Plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services
- Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle
- Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency
- Plan and monitor inbound and outgoing deliveries
- Research ideal shipping techniques, routing, and carriers
- Select carriers and negotiate contracts and rates
- Arrange warehouse, catalog goods, plan routes and process shipments
- Resolve any arising problems or complaints
- Supervise, coach and train warehouse and logistic workforce
- Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets
- Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements
- Comply with laws, regulations and ISO requirements
- Work with other departments to incorporate logistics with company procedures and operations
- Deliver ad hoc tasks per assignment from Operations Director and CEO
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
1. Education: Minimum Bachelor Degree in Business, Logistic, Supply chain or related field
2. Experience: More than 10 years in warehouse and logistic function with minimum 3 years as manager level
3. Analytical and problem-solving, Inventory control, Communication, People management
