หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ (Responsibility)
1.เตรียมแผน QA/QC สำหรับงานใหม่ งานปรับปรุงสภาพ และงานปรับปรุงใหม่ตามความเหมาะสม Prepare QA/QC plans for new-, reconditioning- and refurbishment jobs where applicable.
2.กำหนดและจัดตั้งขั้นตอนคุณภาพ รวมถึงระยะเวลาในการตรวจสอบ การสุ่มตัวอย่าง และการทดสอบงาน และข้อกำหนด QA/QC อื่นๆ.Ensure the establishment of quality procedures including time limits for inspection, sampling and testing of works and other QA/QC requirements.
3.กำกับดูแลและจัดการการประเมินคุณภาพของผลิตภัณฑ์ สินค้า และวัสดุผ่านการตรวจสอบ ขั้นตอน และการทดสอบที่เข้มงวดและสม่ำเสมอ Oversee and manage quality assessment of products, goods and materials through regular and rigid inspection, procedures and tests.
4.รับรองว่าได้ปฏิบัติตามมาตรฐานคุณภาพเฉพาะอย่างสม่ำเสมอในทุกระดับของงานEnsure specific quality standards are constantly met at all levels of works.
5.ปรึกษากับแผนก QA QC และเจ้าหน้าที่อื่นๆ เพื่อตรวจสอบข้อมูลจำเพาะทางเทคนิคและแนะนำข้อมูลจำเพาะมาตรฐานสำหรับงานทั้งหมดเพื่อนำไปใช้ในงานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ In consultation with the QA QC department and other staff, review technical specifications and recommend standard specifications for all items of works for their effective use in the works.
6.ตรวจสอบแบบฟอร์มและขั้นตอนการทดสอบและการตรวจสอบมาตรฐานทั้งหมดที่จะใช้สำหรับงานแต่ละงาน Review all standard test and inspection forms and procedures to be used for each job.
7.จัดทำตารางเวลาและขั้นตอนและประเมินผลตามความเหมาะสม Maintain schedules and procedures and evaluate results as appropriate.
8.ตรวจสอบแนวทางปฏิบัติและวิธีการทั่วไป และเสนอแนะในกรณีที่ต้องมีการแก้ไขReview practices and conventional methodologies and make recommendations where remedial action is required.
9.ทำงานร่วมกับแผนกอื่นเพื่อกำหนดขั้นตอนที่มีระยะเวลาจำกัดสำหรับการตรวจสอบ การสุ่มตัวอย่าง และการทดสอบงาน และข้อกำหนดการควบคุมคุณภาพ/การควบคุมคุณภาพอื่นๆ ทั้งหมด Work with other departments for establishing procedures with time limits for the inspection, sampling and testing of works and all other QA/QC requirem
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- ชาย
- อายุ (Age) : อายุ 35 ปีขึ้นไป (35 years ups)
- สามารถวิเคราะห์ปัญหา หาวิธีป้องกันปัญหาคุณภาพผลิตภัณฑ์/งาน. (Quality problem or NC. analysis and preventive)
- ประสบการณ์ >= 5 ปี ของงานการผลิตชิ้นงานอุตสาหกรรม At least 5 years; experience in the Manufacturing.
- มนุษยสัมพันธ์ที่ดี Good Relationship
- Knowledge in QA/QC and ISO system.
- สื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้เท่านั้น Good in English communication.
- ทักษะการแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี Good skill in the problem solving.
- ทักษะในการสั่งงาน สอนงาน ติดตามงาน Skill of assign, teach and follow up.
- ใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ MS Office ได้ Able to use MS Office.
