- Review the BOM and participate in meetings with the product development team to plan the production process.
- Analyze and create sewing operation steps based on design sketches using the GSD system to calculate SMV (Standard Minute Value).
- Update SMV and production data at each stage (1st, 2nd, CFM, PPS) and share the information with the ERP, Sample, and Costing teams.
- Calculate thread cost using the Seamwork program for cost estimation and purchasing purposes.
- Create and update One Point Lessons (OPL) for use in the production process and coordinate with the IE team to prepare machinery.
- Inspect and follow up on production process issues (SMS), improve SAM values, and audit GSD to ensure alignment with actual production line operations.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
1. Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Textile, Apparel, or related fields
2. Minimum 1 year of experience in the garment or apparel manufacturing industry
3. Proficient in basic computer skills, especially MS Excel and production-related tools
4. Able to communicate in English at a functional level
5. Strong sewing skills and ability to document sewing operations clearly
