หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

1. Responsible for daily supervision and management of the project quality and project progress of the mechanical and electrical construction projects during the factory construction period.
2. Responsible for managing and controlling the project progress of relevant contractors during the construction period, fully understanding the actual conditions on site, proposing correction requirements, and reporting to the supervisor in a timely manner.
3. Responsible for inspecting the contractor's project quality at all stages in accordance with specifications, design drawings, and company rules. If problems are discovered, professional opinions are provided, the contractor is urged to propose rectification plans and follow up to solve the problems.
4. Review the brands, specifications and models of the contractor's incoming materials, equipment, and accessories.
5. Responsible for the acceptance of various processes, key processes and hidden projects (Mainly includes strong electricity and fire alarm projects in the decoration stage), completion acceptance and handover acceptance between company departments.
6. Responsible for reviewing the rationality of design changes proposed by the contractor and reporting to the supervisor.
7. Collect and organize technical information related to this major.
8. Coordinate communication between various professional contractors and serve as a bridge.
9. Report on-site situations to supervisor in a timely manner.
