หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
Contract 1 years- Provide technical support during the onboarding and go-live phase, addressing issues related to D365 infrastructure.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as patching and system updates in the D365 devices.
- Install, configure, and maintain physical hardware components, including printer, mobile devices, touch terminal, and peripherals.
- Set up and configure end-user devices such as desktop computers, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
- Ensure hardware is properly configured to meet system and security requirements, including BIOS and firmware updates.
*คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร*
Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science.
Experience in any ERP implementation.
Knowledge of manufacturing and Dynamics 365(D365) preferred.
Works independently as well as within a team, with guidance in only the most complex situations
Provides innovative solutions to complex issues in specialized area
Serves as best practice/quality resource within and outside own discipline
Mature, strong analytical and interactive skills
