หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
รายละเอียดงาน1.Develop and execute production plans to ensure that production schedules and delivery times are met.
2.Implement and supervise a quality management system to ensure that products meet quality standards and customer requirements
3.Control production costs, optimize production processes and resource utilization, and reduce unnecessary waste
4.Build and manage high-performing production teams, including recruitment, training, and team development
5.Promote and implement 5S management methods, that is, sorting, rectifying, sweeping, cleaning, and literacy, to ensure that the workplace is clean, orderly and safe
6.Manage and maintain production equipment to ensure the normal operation and good condition of the equipment
7.Ensure the safety and compliance of production processes on the shop floor, and comply with relevant safety regulations and standards
