หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
รายละเอียดงาน1. Lead failure analysis (FA) of transceiver product activities from manufacturing incidents originating from testing for new product development and field systems. Ensure that root cause is identified at the most detail level.
2. Support and participate in new product transfer, activities providing failure analysis in pilot builds till product release to mass production.
3. Provided and recommends debug disposition and debug flow based on FA finding and co-ordinates with others department which concerning technical issues related to the transceiver product.
4. Perform deep dive failure analysis investigations and use an experience, expertise to tackle the most challenging issues from any and all systems, modules, and components within our transceivers product.
5. Ensure materials and failure analysis capabilities required to support advanced process technology and product development are in place.
6. Prepare and support 8D report and coordinate with process engineer to update PFMEA as monthly basis.
7.Support other special work assignment or priority project which shall be assigned by direct supervision.
