หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
Plan software development and delivery from the initial phase to completion.Clearly define project goals, including timeline, budget, and desired outcomes.
Create project Roadmaps and Timelines.
Work with the development team (Developers, QA, UX/UI Designers) to allocate tasks and resources appropriately.
Ensure work aligns with Agile or Scrum frameworks, such as organizing Sprint Planning and Daily Standups.
Act as a liaison between the development team and clients to understand requirements.
Communicate project progress and any issues to management and clients.
Monitor work progress to ensure it aligns with the set goals.
Use project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
Identify and manage potential risks in the project, such as technical issues or task delays.
Ensure the software being developed meets project requirements and standards.
Collaborate with QA to ensure the software's quality before delivery.
Assess the impact of changes in project requirements or scope.
Adjust the project plan as needed and notify stakeholders of any changes.
