- Collaborate with clients to assess their HR requirements and develop implementation plans for our HRD platform.
- Guide clients through the setup, configuration and customization of our HRD platform to meet their specific needs.
- Provide training and ongoing support to client HR teams, ensuring they can effectively use our system.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues during the implementation process, ensuring client satisfaction and success.
- Work closely with our product development team to provide feedback and suggest improvements based on client experiences.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest HR trends and technologies to ensure our platform remains cutting-edge.
- Maintain clear and open communication with clients throughout the implementation process, addressing any concerns or questions promptly.

*คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร*

Proven experience HR and Business tools; OKR, PMS, etc. (required)
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related fields.
Experience in HR, Payroll, Organizational Development (OD) or a relevant field is highly desirable.
Demonstrated ability to implement and optimize HR software solutions in a business environment.
Proficiency in using HR software and technology.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple client projects simultaneously.
