หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
• Design and implement system test cases to ensure functionality and reliability.• Record and analyze test results, providing detailed feedback to the development team.
• Develop comprehensive test cases covering both functional and non-functional aspects for each sprint to support the development team effectively.
• Report defects to the bug tracking system with clear and concise details.
• Design and execute automated tests, including UI automation using Playwright and API automation, to achieve comprehensive coverage and efficiency.
• Drive product quality by actively contributing to the design process, including UX/UI considerations, technical tasks, and user stories.
• Ensure product quality by monitoring production issues proactively and collaborating with relevant teams to implement effective solutions.
• Create performance test scripts using LoadRunner and JMeter for performance testing.
• Coordinate with developers, product owners, and product design teams in an agile methodology to resolve software errors.
• Facilitate and manage the User Acceptance Testing process.
