• Digital Marketing 360 Degree : Highly experienced in strategies campaign & content marketing , paid media such as focusing on social media, websites, blogs, publications and PR & Media.• Lead & Strategies In Digital Marketing : Responsible for the overall planning, execution, review and improvement of campaigns, promotions, content and social media marketing
• Market Research & Insights: Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscapes. Use data analytics tools to drive actionable insights that guide marketing strategies. Customer Behaviour Analysis: Understand customer segments, purchasing patterns, and feedback. Analyse customer journey data to optimise touchpoints and improve conversion rates.
• Campaign Performance: Regularly review and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns across different channels. Use key performance indicators (KPIs) such as ROI, CTR, and conversion rates to assess effectiveness specifical with other business unit for larger scale activities from attractions, tours, transportations and etc, coordinate the process of campaigns from brief to execution with the overall marketing team
