1. Project Planning, Execution, and Delivery
- Manage all subordinate project managers and oversee the entire project delivery process, mobilizing resources to ensure the achievement of project goals and team efficiency.
- Develop detailed project plans to track progress and ensure timely execution.
- Identify and mitigate risks while resolving issues during project delivery.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain strong customer relationships.

2. Coordination and Communication
- Coordinate with customers and internal resources to ensure seamless project execution.
- Provide weekly progress updates to the PD and MD, including milestone achievements, issue resolution strategies, and other key insights.
- Ensure effective communication with management and stakeholders.

3. Budget and Cost Management
- Manage the project budget, monitor revenue and expenses, and optimize financial efficiency.
- Perform cost analysis, monitoring, and optimization management for the project.

4. Performance Monitoring and Documentation
- Measure project and team performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

5. Support for Business Growth
- Assist in the company’s project bidding processes.
- Perform other responsibilities or tasks as required by the company.
