- Negotiate purchase contracts with suppliers, securing the best possible prices and terms while prioritizing fair trade practices and responsible sourcing.

- Analyze market trends and identify new suppliers, cost-saving opportunities, and innovative ingredients that align with SAND-M Global's commitment to natural and sustainable products.

- Manage supplier relationships, fostering strong communication and building trust with a focus on ethical sourcing and transparency.

- Manage the purchasing process from initial research and negotiation to order placement, delivery, and inventory management.

- Monitor inventory levels and track purchase orders to ensure timely delivery and avoid stockouts, keeping Nonthaburi's production running smoothly.

- Maintain accurate records of all purchasing activities and prepare reports as needed.

- Work closely with other departments, including production, quality control, and finance, to ensure successful procurement operations and optimize supply chain efficiency.

- Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices in food and beverage purchasing, particularly regarding sustainable sourcing and ethical ingredients.
