หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
- Manage and oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory management, and distribution- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes and procedures
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure adequate stock and minimize waste
- Supervise and train warehouse staff, promoting a culture of safety and efficiency
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure the warehouse meets health and safety standards
- Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization for maximum efficiency
- Implement and manage warehouse management systems (WMS) and other relevant technologies
- Prepare and manage warehouse budgets, including cost control and resource allocation
