หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
รายละเอียดงาน
MFD Precision is looking for a strong CNC turning engineer at a manager level.

Main role:
1) Manage engineering department and technicians
2) Setup program and machine for new products (FA complete)
3) Study and improve processes and cycle times
4) Report to GM and MD on production results

Must be knowledgeable in CNC turning process and can use Mastercam for programming. Understands all tooling and insert and have strong analytic skills to solve problems.

บทบาทหลัก:
1) จัดการแผนกวิศวกรรมและช่างเทคนิค
2) ตั้งค่าโปรแกรมและเครื่องจักรสำหรับผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่ (FA เสร็จสมบูรณ์)
3) ศึกษาและปรับปรุงกระบวนการและเวลาในรอบการทำงาน
4) รายงานผลการผลิตต่อ GM และ MD

ต้องมีความรู้เกี่ยวกับกระบวนการกลึง CNC และสามารถใช้ Mastercam ในการเขียนโปรแกรม เข้าใจเครื่องมือและเม็ดมีดทั้งหมด และมีทักษะการวิเคราะห์ที่แข็งแกร่งเพื่อแก้ไขปัญหา
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Strong knowledge of CNC turning process (Citizen, Tsugami, Cincom machines)
- Able to use Mastercam for programming
- Can setup machine for new part
- Study process and do cycle time improvement
- Problem solving and analytic skills
- Leadership ability
