1. ควบคุมและตรวจสอบคุณภาพตั้งแต่รับวัตถุดิบจนถึงกระบวนการผลิต
2. จัดทำรายงานผลการปฏิบัติงานและเอกสารเกี่ยวกับมาตรฐานคุณภาพต่างๆ
3. ตรวจสอบความสะอาดและโครงสร้างอาคาร ตรวจสอบความสะอาด กระบวนการผลิตและคุณภาพสินค้า รวมถึงเครื่องจักร อุปกรณ์ในไลน์ผลิต ตามระบบ GMP
4. ควบคุมดูแลและติดตามผลการปฏิบัติงานของพนักงานในสังกัด
5. ตรวจสอบและวิเคราะห์ปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นในระหว่างที่ทำงานและนำเสนอแนวทางแก้ไขเบื้องต้น

Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Agriculture or related.
Experience in the poultry industry is preferable and advantage.
Good knowledge and understanding of GMP, HACCP, Food Safety,ISO 9001 and related standard quality system.
Experience in Quality Control of Foods Industry will be advantage

ตำแหน่งสัตว์แพทย์ (Veterinarian)
- ดูแลสุขภาพเป็ดในเขตที่รับผิดชอบ
- เข้าตรวจฟาร์ม ตรวจเยี่ยมฟาร์ม และตรวจเฝ้าระวังสุขภาพเป็ด
- ตรวจสอบการทำวัคซีนและเก็บรักษาวัคซีนให้ถูกต้องก่อนนำไปใช้
- สรุปผลการทดสอบทางห้องปฏิบัติการเพื่อเป็นข้อมูลการเฝ้าระวังสุขภาพเป็ดและโรคในฟาร์ม
- ควบคุมการเก็บตัวอย่าง ผ่าชันสูตรซากและดำเนินการควบคุมแผนการเฝ้าระวังโรค
- ติดต่อกับหน่วยงานราชการที่เกี่ยวข้อง
