- ควบคุมดูแลเอกสาร ตอบข้อร้องเรียนจากลูกค้า
- ควบคุมดูแลระบบมาตรฐานคุณภาพ ISO 9001 ,Food Safety
- วางแผนและตรวจรับรองประจำปี, ลูกค้า, Internal Audit
- ดูแลงานเกี่ยวกับการขึ้นทะเบียนตำรับอาหาร
- จัดทำและนำเสนอรายงานระบบคุณภาพ ต่อผู้บริหาร
- งานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา
คุณสมบัติ
- ไม่จำเป็นต้องมีประสบการณ์
- วุฒิการศึกษา ป.ตรี สาขาบริหารจัดการ, เทคโนโลยีอาหาร, วิทยาศาสตร์อาหาร อื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีความรู้ในระบบคุณภาพ ISO 9000,Food Safety
- มีความรู้และทักษะภาษาอังกฤษเป็นอย่างดี
- สามารถทำงานเป็นทีม ภายใต้ความกดดันได้ดี

- ควบคุมดูแลผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชาในการดำเนินงานให้เป็นไปตามนโยบายของบริษัท ฯ
- ควบคุมดูแลงานด้านลูกค้าสัมพันธ์ การประสานงานขาย การรวบรวมข้อมูลของลูกค้าแผนการตลาดความต้องการของลูกค้า แผนการผลิต แผนการจัดส่ง
- ประสานงานระหว่างตัวแทนขาย แผนกผลิต และแผนกต่าง ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการขายผลิตภัณฑ์ แผนการผลิต แผนการจัดส่งผลิตภัณฑ์ และอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ควบคุมดูแลงานทางด้านจัดส่งและคลังสินค้า ในส่วนที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการวางแผนการผลิตผลิตภัณฑ์ การบริการลูกค้า และการจัดส่งและคลังสินค้า
- ควบคุมดูแลงานเครื่องชั่งทั้งรับ และ ส่งสินค้า
- ควบคุมดูแล และ วางแผนการสั่งซื้อวัสดุสิ้นเปลืองในการจัดส่งสินค้า และ พัสดุ อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
- ควบคุมดูแลผู้รับเหมาขนส่ง และ ประเมินผู้รับขนส่ง
- รับ Auditor พร้อมทั้งตอบข้อสงสัยของ Auditor พร้อมทั้งแสดงเอกสารกำกับ, กำกับดูแลการแก้ปัญหา และติดต่อประสานงานภายในกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
คุณสมบัติ
- ไม่จำกัดเพศ
- การศึกษา : ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขา : โลจิสติกส์ , บัญชี, บริหารธุรกิจ หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยงข้อง
- ประสบการณ์ : ต้องมีประสบการณ์ด้านคลังสินค้า 8 ปีขึ้นไป
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Word, Excel และ SAP ได้
- มีความรู้ภาษาอังกฤษดี

(1) Handle document work and coordinate with risk committee on the enterprise risk management activities.
(2) Support in gathering, analyzing, and updating the progression of risk management activities from all location (Ajinomoto and Affiliate Company).
(3) Monitor and support to handle the crisis in Thailand and the global, including significant events that may affect business operations.
(4) Support in preparing risk management report to management and Ajinomoto Head Quarter.
(5) Support administration works within the section and any works assigned/supported department targets.
