หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ:

-จัดทำสรุปรายงานประจำวันและผลการดำเนินงานประจำสัปดาห์
-จัดทำสรุปรายงานประจำเดือน เช่น สรุปรายงานอัตรากำลังพล, ประวัติพนักงาน, ดัชนีชี้วัดKPI SLA, สรุปรายงานประจำ 3 เดือน 6 เดือนและประจำปี, ผลการประเมินความพึงพอใจCSI, สรุปรายงานอุบัติการณ์ ข้อร้องเรียน , และ รายงานสรุปการใช้วัสดุสิ้นเปลืองต่างๆ
-ประสานงานกับตัวแทน เพื่อให้การสื่อสารในงานด้านบริการทำความสะอาดมีประสิทธิภาพ
-เมื่อได้รับแจ้งจากผู้ว่าจ้างกรณีมีภารกิจพิเศษเร่งด่ วน จะต้องอยู่ทำภารกิจพิเ ศษ
-ตรวจสอบ ติดตาม กำกับงานให้เป็นตามแผนงาน
-ร่วมวิเคราะห์ปัญหาและสาเหตุต่างๆ ในการให้บริการเพื่อพัฒนาปรับปรุงงาน
-ติดตามและจัดการแก้ไขปัญหาด้วยความรว ดเร็ว
-วางแผนควบคุมการทำงานของผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชาให้เป็นระเบียบ
-จัดทำรายงานผลแบบสำรวจความพึงพอใจงานบริการความสะอาดประจำเดือน
-ส่งเสริมและนิเทศงานพัฒนาความรู้งานด้านคุณภาพให้กับผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชาให้มีประสิทธิภาพ

-บริหารคู่สัญญาระหว่างลูกค้าและบริษัทให้เกิดการใช้บริการต่อ
-จัดทำรายงานนำเสนอผู้ว่าจ้างรายสัปดาห์ รายเดือน
-ตรวจเช็คความเรียบร้อยของกำลังพลของแต่ละหน่วยงานที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
-ตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจว่าได้เตรียมทรัพยากรที่เหมาะสม (พนักงาน, PPE, อุปกรณ์ และอื่นๆ) ไว้ให้พร้อมเพื่อดำเนินการแต่ละหน่วยงาน
