รายละเอียดงาน
1.Formulate production process and final assembly operation instructions and make continuous improvement.
2.Be responsible for following up the work before the trial production of the new product and the production of the operation instruction of the process flow chart.
3.To be responsible for the work of station arrangement and drawing at the production site and the quota of standard working hours.
4.Be responsible for the improvement of production line site, the balance of wire drawing and the improvement of efficiency.
5.Implement the PE project, adjust and improve the pull balance.
6.Put forward the problems and suggestions in production, and follow up the improvement results of relevant departments.
7.Be responsible for the demand assessment of all kinds of fixtures and automatic equipment needed in the production process.
8.To be responsible for the fixture demand assessment for product trial production.
9.Assist the production department to train the staff of key stations.
10.Assist engineers to analyze and solve the problems in the production process.

岗位职责：

1、制定生产工艺和总装作业指导书，并进行持续改善；
2、负责跟进新产品试产前工作，跟进工艺流程图作业指导书的制作情况；
3、负责生产现场的工位排拉工作及标准工时的定额工作；
4、负责生产线现场的整顿改善及拉线平衡以及效率的提升；
5、执行PE项目的开展实施，调整改善拉平衡；
6、提出生产时存在问题和建议，并跟进相关部门的改善结果；
7、负责生产过程中所需的各种夹具与自动设备需求评估；
8、负责产品试产所需的夹具需求评估；
9、协助生产部门培训重点工位的员工；
10、协助工程师对生产过程中出现的问题进行分析、解决；

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
College degree or above, fluent in English + Chinese or Thai + Chinese,
At least one year working experience in PE or NPI in electronics factory,
Working experience in IPC security surveillance camera industry is preferred

- Reasonably plan a three-day rolling plan based on shipment and order MPS and report to work for release
- Check and release order material matching and exception handling to ensure smooth production
- Monitor the timeliness of closing work orders in progress and reduce the number of work orders and days in progress
- Coordinate and handle unexpected abnormalities in the production process
- Achieve production capacity summary reports every day, and report timely improvements to those responsible for the impact
- Shipment assurance, risk assessment in advance

2-3 years of experience in planning and scheduling in the electronics industry
Proficient in operating SAP/EXCEL, WORD and other office software
Proficient level of communication skills in Chinese or English
