- จัดรวบรวม Shop Drawings และ As-Built Drawings จากผู้รับจ้างก่อสร้าง เพื่อเสนอขออนุมัติต่อวิศวกรและผู้จัดการโครงการ
- จัดทำบัญชีวัสดุ จำนวนแรงงาน จำนวนบุคลากร เครื่องจักร อุปกรณ์ก่อสร้างอื่นๆ ที่ผู้รับจ้างก่อสร้างใช้ในงานก่อสร้าง
- จัดเตรียมสถิติข้อมูลที่เกี่ยวกับการก่อสร้างต่างๆ ของโครงการตามคำสั่งของวิศวกร
