• Develop HR strategies aligned with overall business strategy
• Develop or design learning journey / training road map / development plan and execution align with business trends, business direction and gap development
• Fully lead and execute all restructuring, compulsory process and procedures, organizational change policy to support HR strategies
• Understand the business operations and support operational efforts through proper staffing from both a strategic and tactical perspective
• Analyst and manage of HR such C&B, talent acquisition, people development, employee relations, engagement, performance management, etc. to support current and future business expansion plans
• Monitor annual budget expenses, selecting institutions, evaluating training and program implement.
• design and execution of Talent development program and Succession plan
• Provide consultation talent management and succession planning processes, performance management contribution and career development to all levels
• Being responsible for HR activities to support the business.
• Delivering an ad-hoc analysis and other tasks as required which relates to HR

• Minimum of 5 years’ direct experience in the full spectrum of human resource functions
• Fluent in English both writing and speaking
