มีประสบการณ์ด้านการขายมากกว่า 3 ปี (ถ้ามีประสบการณ์ด้านการขายสินค้าด้านเคมีภัณฑ์หรือพลาสติกจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
สามารถขับขี่รถยนต์ได้ และมีรถยนต์เป็นของตนเอง (มีงบหาลูกค้าประจำเดือนให้)

- ถอดเเบบคิดปริมาณงานยื่นประมูลงานก่อสร้างในส่วนงานโครงสร้างเเละสถาปัตยกรรม
- ทำรายงานตรวจสอบปริมาณงานหน้างานที่โฟร์เเมนเเละเเรงงานทำในเเต่ละวัน
- ตรวจสอบปริมาณที่สั่งซื้อวัสดุกับการเปรียบเทียบราคา และใส่ Cost Code ให้ตรงตามชนิดงาน

The Marketing Communication Executive is responsible for supporting a wide range of marketing activities, ensuring efficient execution and coordination across various functions. This role focuses on Public Relations (PR), Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Botanica Privilege Club coordination, and providing essential administrative support.

- Manage customer relations between the owner and the organization.
- Be the main contact person for the owner mainly on Construction and Architecture part until Villa’s Handover process and transfer of the ownership.
- Coordinate and update all information between the owner and internal departments.
- Interact with the owner/agents via different channels of communication i.e. email, phone call, or in person etc.
- Handle on customer complaint to ensure that the owner receive the quick and professional service possible.
- Follow up the pending work to concern department and keep the owner updated.

Minimum TOEIC Score of 650 is preferred
Having a knowledge of Architecture or Construction would be an advantage.
Bachelor Degree in Arts, Humanities, Communications or related field is preferred.
