• ตรวจสอบ การให้บริการของ Customer Service Agent (CSA) ตามเงื่อนไขที่กำหนด และประเมินผลเปรียบเทียบกับมาตรฐานที่กำหนดไว้
• บันทึกผลการประเมินและ ผลการปรับปรุง ลงในระบบงาน ให้ครบถ้วน ตามขั้นตอนปฏิบัติงาน
• แจ้งผลการการปรับปรุง (Feedback) แก่ผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องทราบ ตามขั้นตอนการปฏิบัติงานที่กำหนดไว้ร่วมกัน
• ประเมินความพร้อมของ Customer Service Agent (CSA) ก่อนการปฏิบัติงานจริง พร้อมทั้งสรุปผลประเมินให้กับผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• ประสานงานกับ Call Center operation เพื่อหาแนวทางการปรับปรุงคุณภาพการให้บริการ
• ร่วมดำเนินการทำ call calibration กับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง

• มีประสบการณ์ทางด้าน Call Center หรือ QA ไม่น้อยกว่า 1 ปี
• มีความรู้เรื่องการทำ Coaching / Feedback, ความรู้เรื่องการบริหารจัดการคุณภาพงานบริการ และความรู้เบื้องต้นเรื่องการบริหารงาน Call Center
• มีความรู้ทางด้านการใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเดอร์ เช่น Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint เป็นต้น
• มีความรู้ความเข้าใจในข้อมูล กระบวนการทำงาน ที่ทำการตรวจสอบในแต่ละโครงการที่รับผิดชอบ
• มีความรู้เรื่องของวางแผน และ บริหารการทำงาน

✅ : รับโทรศัพท์ลูกค้าที่โทรเข้ามาสอบถามข้อมูลต่างๆ ของทางธนาคาร ด้านบัตรเครดิต สินเชื่อบัตรกดเงินสด หรือตามที่ธนาคารมอบหมาย
✅ : รับเรื่องร้องเรียนการให้บริการและประสานงานด้านต่างๆให้กับลูกค้า
