**การทำงานของ Trade Marketing Executive จำเป็นต้องมีการทำงานที่ใกล้ชิดกับหลายฝ่ายทั้งภายในและภายนอกองค์กร รวมถึงต้องมีทักษะในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล, การวางแผนกลยุทธ์, และการสื่อสารที่มีประสิทธิภาพในการทำงานร่วมกับทีมงานอื่นๆ หรือคู่ค้า

รายละเอียดงาน
1. สนับสนุนทีมขาย
- ประสานงานกับทีมขายในการวางแผนและดำเนินการต่างๆ
- ช่วยในการติดต่อและเจรจากับลูกค้าผ่านช่องทางต่างๆ เช่น โทรศัพท์ อีเมล
- เตรียมเอกสารและรายงานต่างๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการขาย
2. ดูแลลูกค้าปัจจุบันและค้นหาลูกค้าใหม่
- ดูแลและรักษาความสัมพันธ์กับลูกค้ากลุ่มร้านค้าหรือร้านค้าที่เป็นตัวแทน
- ช่วยหาข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับลูกค้าใหม่ และช่วยจัดทำแผนการหาลูกค้าใหม่ในตลาด
3. การจัดการสต็อกสินค้าและโปรโมชั่น
- ช่วยในการจัดการสต็อกสินค้าในช่องทางการค้าปลีก
- ช่วยในการวางแผนและสนับสนุนกิจกรรมโปรโมชั่นต่างๆ
4. การติดตามผลการขาย
- ติดตามและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลการขาย
- รายงานข้อมูลการขายและผลการดำเนินงานให้กับทีมผู้บริหารหรือผู้จัดการ
5. อื่นๆตามที่บริษัทกำหนด

• Serve as the primary point of contact for new clients, guiding them through the onboarding process and ensuring a smooth transition onto our platform.
• Provide personalized training sessions to educate clients on how to effectively use our products/services to achieve their objectives.
• Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the onboarding experience and streamline processes.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering best practices, tips, and recommendations for optimizing their usage of our platform.
• Monitor client progress during the onboarding phase, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
• Collect feedback from clients to identify areas for improvement and inform product development initiatives.

Prior experience in customer service, account management, or onboarding is preferred but not required.

- Lead the development of web applications using Angular 16 and 17 and TypeScript.
- Design, develop, and maintain custom components and libraries.
- Implement and manage micro frontend architecture to enhance scalability and maintainability.
- Use Storybook for component-driven design system web development.
- Identify, diagnose, and fix memory leaks and performance issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior developers.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Senior Web Frontend Developer or similar role.
Extensive experience with Angular 16 and 17.
Proficiency in TypeScript.
Strong understanding of micro frontend architecture.
Experience with Storybook for component-driven design system web development.
Ability to identify and resolve memory leaks and performance issues.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience with other frontend frameworks and libraries.
Familiarity with backend technologies and API integrations.
Experience in leading and managing development teams.

- ดูแลยอดขายให้เป็นไปตามเป้าหมายที่บริษัทฯกำหนด
- ดูแลพนักงาน PC ในเขตที่รับผิดชอบ
- กำกับดูแลบังคับบัญชา แนะนำ แก้ไขปัญหาและติดตามประเมินการปฏิบัติงานของพนักงานขายในเขตที่รับผิดชอบ
- กำหนดเป้าหมาย ยอดขายประจำเดือนแต่ละ Store พร้อมทั้งสรุปยอดขายข้อมูลสภาพการตลาดของคู่แข่ง
- พัฒนายอดขายแต่ละ Store ให้ได้ตามเป้าหมายที่กำหนด
- ตรวจสอบติดตามบิลขาย ใบรับ-ส่งสินค้าควบคุมตรวจสอบอัตราสต๊อกสินค้าแต่ละ Srore
- ตรวจเช็คการสั่งสินค้าและการส่งสินค้าของแต่ละ Store
- ฝึกอบรม On The Job Training เทรนการทำงานสำหรับพนักงานใหม่
- รายงานการออกตรวจพื้นที่แต่ละ Store
- ประสานงานกับฝ่ายอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
