รายละเอียดงาน
1. Manage and as Window of communication to Internal and External Customers on Quality Issues (Incoming, In-process, Outgoing, and customer complaint) related to the materials issues.
2. Ensure suitable Control, Test, Quality Inspection, and Monitoring are planned in Incoming, In-process to assure the Product Quality, Performance and Reliability in compliance with the Customer’s Requirements, Product Specifications,
3. Identify relevant quality improvement opportunities and drive for continuous improvements of QA department to ensure Company Policy, Quality Objectives, Targets and KPI are met.
4. Conduct new supplier qualification with Purchasing, Engineering and R&D departments. Drives Supplier Corrective & Preventive Action processes resulting from complaints & audits and ensures on-time closure.
5. Prepare and maintain relevant procedures, workflow, work instructions, test instructions for QA functions (Incoming, In-process) and ensure quality records are documented accordingly.
6. Perform on site sampling check of parts or services produced by suppliers (SMT, plastic injection molding, packaging & key metal parts), in accordance to parts’ drawings &/or quality acceptance criteria
7. Perform on site sampling check of WIP, modules & complete products during production in INLT, in accordance to the approved quality acceptance criteria.
8. Ensure any non-compliance found is effectively & timely corrected via implementation of corrective actions.
