1.Manage the factory's overall financial activities, including general ledger, costing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and tax compliance.
2.Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accurate financial statements and timely reporting
3.Lead and ensure the accuracy and timely completion of monthly and periodic tax filings, complying with Thailand's local tax regulations and standards.
4.Collaborate with production, warehouse, and other departments to analyze financial performance, including cost variances and operational efficiency.
5.Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to maintain efficiency and regulatory compliance
6.Monitor and optimize cash flow management, ensuring liquidity and operational stability.
7.Lead financial audits and coordinate with external auditors to ensure compliance and accuracy.

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 -7 years of experience in financial management roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
- Strong understanding of Thailand's tax laws, including monthly and periodic filing requirements

Logistics:
• Set up proper transportation mode to minimize cost, and protect profits for the company to match with
Incoterm agreed between GUT and Supplier (Outbound)
• Choose suitable transport mode to align with in transit time (Inbound)
• Coordinate with supplier and checking HS code to ensure privilege with supplier to minimize duty and avoid
penalty charge
• Checking supplier invoice, packing list, BL, Form E before send to shipping to mange clearance shipment
timely.
• Provide shipping instruction and coordinate with Shipping / Agent / Freight forwarder for clearance process
• Manage all Logistics task, Clearance, monitoring document to support to support VAT refund shipment import
/ export / local
• Take lead all task related to Logistics Operation and Administration
EXIM / BOI/ FTZ:
• Control customs process of Article 29, A56, A15, BOI, FTZ and other privilege to minimize import and export
duty in several HS code.
• Cooperate with government office and Focus FTZ / BOI, FTA and Customs privilege
• Manage data inventory submission to Excise Department of Thailand to prepare stock in/out/balance in
monthly basis
Other Responsibilities:
• Contribute to the company's strategic goals by supporting the business's growth and talent needs
• Assist with special projects, customer audits, and other tasks as assigned by senior management
