1.วางแผนการใช้วัตถุดิบให้สอดคล้องกับข้อกำหนดสินค้า
2.วางแผนการใช้วัตถุดิบให้เป็นไปตาม FIFO และค่าใช้จ่ายของห้อง เก็บวัตถุดิบ
3.ตรวจเช็คแผนการผลิตสินค้าประจำวันสอดคล้องตาม PRODUCTION PLAN และ PLAN LOAD
4.เตรียมความพร้อมของอุปกรณ์ และ กำลังคน, พื้นที่ ให้เพียงพอกับกิจกรรมในหน่วยงาน
5.วางแผนเรื่อง OBJECTIVE TARGET ของหน่วยงาน
6.ควบคุมการผลิตให้ได้ % Yield สูงสุด
7.ควบคุมงานตามขั้นตอนที่กำหนดตั้งแต่การรับวัตถุดิบ การจัดเก็บรักษา และการเบิก-จ่ายเพื่อผลิต
