1.ออกแบบ Packaging ของ New Product ให้เป็นไปตามข้อกำหนดลูกค้า
2.ประสานงานกับฝ่ายวิศวกรผลิตภัณฑ์,วิศวกรโรงงาน,ฝ่าย QAS,ฝ่ายWHL,ฝ่ายขาย เพื่อสรุปมาตราฐานของผลิตภัณฑ์
3.ติดต่อประสานงานกับ Supplier ที่ทำ Packaging เพื่อใช้ในการนำเสนอราคาลูกค้าในงาน Naw Product
4.ปฏิบัติงานอื่นๆตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา

คุณสมบัติ
จบป.ตรี ขึ้นไปสาขาวิศวกรรม สาขาเครื่องกล อุตสาหการ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
มีประสบการณ์ด้านการเขียนแบบและออกแบบชิ้นส่วนอุปกรณ์ประดับยนต์
เคยมีพื้นฐานงาน Packing งาน Auto motive OEM

1.ออกแบบ ชิ้นส่วน Part & Machine โดยใช้ Program Auto CAD,Solidwork เบื้องต้นได้
2.วิเคราะห์ปัญหา เพื่อกำหนดแนวทางแก้ไขและป้องกันปัญหาที่จะเกิดขึ้นในกระบวนการผลิต
3.กำหนดแผนการตรวจสอบสมรรถภาพขบวนการผลิต สำหรับผลิตภัณฑ์ New model
4.ควบคุมแผนการซ่อมบำรุงเครื่องจักรและอุปกรณ์ ให้เป็นไปตามแผนการซ่อมบำรุงที่กำหนด
5.งานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา

คุณสมบัติ
วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี คณะวิศวกรรมในสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
มีประสบการณ์ควบคุมขบวนการผลิต หรือประกอบชิ้นส่วน 2 ปีขึ้นไป
สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ MS Office ต่างๆ ได้ดี
มีทักษะการใช้ภาษาอังกฤษได้ในระดับดี
ผ่านการอบรมระบบคุณภาพ IATF:16949 / ISO:90001 / ISO:14000
มีความระเอียดรอบคอบ สามารถแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี
สามารถ ใช้ Program Auto CAD,Solidwork เบื้องต้นได้

หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ:

•รับผิดชอบในการซ่อมบำรุงรักษาเครื่องมือหนัก เพื่อให้พร้อมใช้งานอยู่ตลอดเวลา
•ตรวจสอบ ดูแล และวางแผนการซ่อมบำรุงเครื่องมือหนักให้เป็นไปตามแผนงานที่กำหนด
•ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานอื่นๆ เช่น หน่วยงานสโตร์ และหน่วยงานปฏิบัติการ ให้มีประสิทธิภาพสูงสุด
•ปฏิบัติงาน ควบคุม และดูแลรักษาพื้นที่ทำงานให้เป็นไปตามนโยบายความปลอดภัย
•ปฏิบัติงานตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายอื่นๆ

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

-วุฒิการศึกษา ปวส. หรือเทียบเท่า สาขาช่างยนต์- ไฟฟ้าหรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
-มีใบขับขี่รถยนต์ประเภท 1 (ส่วนบุคคล)
-มีความรู้พื้นฐานช่างยนต์และไฟฟ้า และมีความรู้ในการดูแลรักษาเครื่องยนต์ / ระบบไฮโดรลิค / งานเชื่อมต่างๆ ตลอดจนงานซ่อมทั่วไปของรถยกตู้คอนเทนเนอร์ ฯลฯ
-มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 1-2 ปี ในงานซ่อมเครื่องจักรกลหนักและงานด้านวงจรไฟฟ้าเครื่องจักร์
-สามารถทำงานเป็นกะและทำงานล่วงเวลาได้
-มีความรับผิดชอบในงานที่ได้รับมอบหมายและทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่นได้เป็นอย่างดี

รายละเอียดงาน
Review planning order, product specifications from cooperate team, International
standard, packaging and other necessary things to accurately determine amount
of customer volume needed.
Job respondsibility :
-Daily Communication with English speaking Management.
-Prepare detailed production plans, coordinating necessary actions to meet shipment requirements alongside the Operations Team
-Production planning control to align with production capacity.
-Coordinate with planner from cooprate to receive information and apply to planning in local production to achieve target
-Coordinate with Production, Manufacturing Engineering, Warehouse, Quality Management, and Facility teams to develop comprehensive project and production timelines.
-Review and manage material status with logistic and warehouse department
-Control material authorize to handling with daily productionbEnsure timely follow-up on order progress, monitor costs, and implement reduction strategies.
-Adjusts amounts for existing producing glove, WIP stock, inventory and for orders of conventional sizes.
-Generate job in MES systems for each production line and station.

1. Must have a bachelor's degree or higher, or have graduated from a field related to production planning
2. Good communications, organizational and management skill
3. Strong and Confident presentation ability
4. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
5. Fresh graduate are welcome.

7. Has direct experience in planning

3. มีความชำนาญในการขับรถโฟล์คลิฟท์
4. มีใบอนุญาตขับรถโฟล์คลิฟท์
5. มีใจรักในงานบริการ ขยัน อดทน และมีความกระตือรือร้นในการทำงาน
6. มีประสบการณ์การเป็นพนักงานขับรถโฟล์คลิฟท์ในโรงงานและเขตอุตสาหกรรม 1 ปีขึ้นไป
7. มีประสบการณ์และความชำนาญเกี่ยวกับงานด้าน Warehouse
8. มีทักษะในการบำรุงรักษาและซ่อมแซมรถเบื้องต้น
