• Achieve the quarterly & half yearly & annual sales targets with the desired margins for the existing & new customers that is assigned.
• Ensure that the sales for each of the assigned customers has a consistent growth every year based on the % of growth defined/set as target for that customer.
• Update the conceptualizer & designers with what the latest trends are & what the customers would need in the form of design briefs on a periodic basis.
• Service the existing customers & head all the sales operations related work to service the customer.

• Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
