รวบรวมและตรวจสอบความถูกต้องครบถ้วนของรายละเอียดใบขอซื้อหรือคำสั่งซื้อที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
จัดทำสัญญาหรือข้อตกลงกับ Supplier พร้อมทั้งขอเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องในการเปิดบัญชีผู้ขาย

วุฒิการศึกษา ปริญญาตรี สาขาบริหารธุรกิจหรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง มีประสบการณ์งานด้านจัดซื้อ 1 ปีขึ้นไป
มีความขยันและรับผิดชอบงานที่ได้รับมอบหมายเป็นอย่างดี มีมนุษย์สัมพันธ์ที่ดี สามารถทำงานเป็นทีมได้
สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ M.S. Office ได้เป็นอย่างดี
มีทักษะการเจรจาต่อรองและสามารถทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันได้

ตรวจนับสต็อค ตรวจนับสินค้า ก่อนนำสินค้าออกจากคลัง และ ก่อนรับเข้าคลัง - ตรวจนับสต็อครายวัน รายอาทิตย์ รายเดือน - รายงานและวางแผนเรื่องการจัดการคลังสินค้า -ตรวจสอบและเช็คสต็อคคงเหลือ - คีย์ข้อมูลสินค้า การเบิก โอน จ่าย คืน ในระบบคลังสินค้า - ตรวจสอบรายการสินค้าก่อนออกจากพื้นที่ตามเอกสารให้ถูกต้อง - ดูแลการเปลี่ยนสินค้าคืน การจัดเก็บคืนทั้งหมด - ดูแลจัดทำงานเอกสารคลังสินค้าและภายในสำนักงาน

วุฒิการศึกษา ปวช-ปวส. สาขาบัญชี อายุไม่ต่ำกว่า 25 ปี
มีทักษะการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ดี มีทักษะภาษาอังกฤษพื้นฐาน มีความรอบคอบและตรงต่อเวลา มีความรับผิดชอบงานทำงานตามมอบหมายได้สำเร็จตามเวลาและเป้าหมาย
Operation time: Working and Non-working hour (over-time)
Provide basic application support to drilling and well engineer users.
Maintain system integration integrity as Customer standard.
Report all included complicated/incident/issue to Tier2 and related vendor by follow advises
Assist and organize related party until case closing.
Testing error and then notify users to check after problem solved.
Record all incident and analyst frequency problem and raise the concern or provide solution if possible.
Organize monthly meeting to report number of support activity, issue and concern with Customer team

Basic software, server, network including telecommunication for maintain normal operation and investigate problem.
Communication skill with rig operators and office engineer users in Thai and English.
Good communication skill with related vendors, customer to solve problems and to get approval of the change for drilling operations/integration system.
Knowledge in T-SQL, SQL Server, Oracle database, MS script execution, Azure, GCP and willing to learn & support new technologies.
Basic Customer IT Security and Governance Standard
Ability to stand by 24/7 and ready to respond to user with basic troubleshooting (to be trained)
Analysis skills with an ability to transform the needs of business users and stakeholder into functional/technical requirement.
Develops detailed documentation and specifications.
Assist Functional Lead to analyze user’s requirements from business and technology perspectives and translate them into application functionalities including user interface, workflow, business process management and reports.
Develop test plan and test scripts and manage / follow up user for testing.
Working on multiple projects at one time; communicating findings to technical and nontechnical colleagues.
