Plan software development and delivery from the initial phase to completion.
Clearly define project goals, including timeline, budget, and desired outcomes.
Create project Roadmaps and Timelines.
Work with the development team (Developers, QA, UX/UI Designers) to allocate tasks and resources appropriately.
Ensure work aligns with Agile or Scrum frameworks, such as organizing Sprint Planning and Daily Standups.
Act as a liaison between the development team and clients to understand requirements.
Communicate project progress and any issues to management and clients.
Monitor work progress to ensure it aligns with the set goals.

1. The equipment (MRSI/ Fintech) debugging and equipment buyoff ; undertake the COC eutectic process of NPI products which transfer to Thailand.
2. Analyze the defective product and monitoring the yield; provide improvement measures and output relevant tracking improvement reports.
3. Regularly provide product yield and efficiency improvement plans and achieve the goals.
4. Maintain mass production as normal to ensure production capacity is achieved.
5. Daily SPC data management and monitoring.
6. Train operators on the line and regularly assess their operating skills.
7. Provide root causes and improvement measures for customer complaints & audit issues.

รายละเอียดงาน
1. PCBA laser cutting , ultrasonic cleaning, laser marking, heat sink & cover plate assembly, PCBA board/ mother board splicing, TOSA/BOSA assembly process control and maintenance.
2. Modification of MOI and confirmation of specifications.
3. Regularly provide product yield and efficiency improvement plans.
4. NPI products transferred to Thailand factory to undertake, trial production report & problem tracking.
5. For customer complaints & audit problems, give root causes and improvement plans.
6. Tolerance analysis; fixtures Measure, verify and accept.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- College degree or above, majors in semiconductor physics and mechanics are preferred.
- 3 years and above in assembly, optical communication or electronic semiconductor industry.
Understand the principles of assembly process.
- Have the epoxy dispensing experience and knowledge related to glue curing conditions.
- Proficient in using solidwork, Tolerance measurement and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), etc.
- Have defective analysis methods, QC seven analysis methods or W1H and other analysis methods, analyze and communicate to - solve problems; write and organize relevant improvement reports.
Experience in similar electronics industry.
