1. Presiding over the handling and risk assessment of abnorrmal quality conditions on the production line
2. Responsible for the investigation and tracking of the quality problems on client side, and promote the improvement
3. Responsible for supervising the product process quality,follow up daily IPQC inspection results, and confirm the rectification of
responsible department.
4. Responsible for confirmation of OQC abnormality, and follovw up the abnormal response and improve the closed loop.
5. Responsible for participating in product review and apprroval of production line documents, and assessing potentiaI quality
risks.
6. Ability to use scientific statistical methods to analyze and improve process capabilities (such as SPC, CPK, FEMA, etc(٤)
7. Responsible for the daily management of production linee ESD, and promote the improvement of production line ES5
environment.
8. Responsible for factory product certification and qualitysystem audits
9. Responsible for following up on quality issues during mass production, including determining the responsibility for the issues, tracking progress, assessing risks, and confirming the closure status. For major issues, a special task force will be organized to drive resolution
10. Customer complaint handling: using quality tools such as 8D and 5WHY to drive relevant departments to quickly identify and resolve customer issues, and coordinating internal improvements, material handling, effectiveness tracking, and corrective actions
11. Continuous improvement of process quality issues
12. Lead product audits and process audits
13. Development and implementation of the annual quality improvement plan
14. Supervision, review, and effectiveness tracking of changes (materials, processes, personnel, etc.), including output of results from small batch trial verification.

- Bachelor degree or above
- Have working experience in electronic product manufacturing factory, optoelectronic products are preferred
- Ability to work in an English-speaking environment. Chinese languages is preferred.
- Familiar with common quality management tools.
- Familiar with ISO9001 quality management system. Relevant system work experience is preferred
- Familiar with ESD certification system is preferred.
- Over 5 years of experience in quality management within the automotive industry, with at least 3 years of experience in quality planning for new project development.
- Familiar with electronic and mechanical product processes, and well-versed in PCBA and final assembly production processes.
- At least 5 years of team management experience, with the ability to effectively handle internal team matters.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1.负责量产阶段质量问题跟进，对于问题责任判定、进度跟踪、风险升级及闭环情况进行确认，重大问题组织专项推进。
Responsible for the follow-up of quality problems in the mass production stage, confirm the problem responsibility determination, progress tracking, risk escalation and closed-loop situation, and organize special promotion of major problems.
2.主导量产后变更导致的客户PPAP审核，组织应审准备工作，跟进审核开口项问题关闭，确保PPAP按期完成签署。
Lead the customer's PPAP review caused by the change after mass production, organize the preparation of the audit, follow up the closure of the audit opening items, and ensure that the PPAP is signed on schedule.
3.客户投诉处理，通过8D和5WHY等质量工具，推动相关部门快速定位，解决客户问题，并协调厂内改善、物料处理、效果跟踪、回归改善活动。

1.Use 8D and 5WHY to push internal department improvement include root cause，containment and preventive actions，lesson learn and so on.
4.在线体爬坡阶段，主导线体buyoff工作.包括组织问题分析，客户投诉，关键站点改善等。
Leading new product line when ramp up. Include organize problem analysis, customer complain and key station improvement.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Major: Mechanical/electronic/Automotive. College degree or above.
- Automotive industry experience at quality area at least 2 years and new project development at least 2 years.
- Familiar with mechanical assembly or PCB assembly（SMT process）. Got related certified is better for example IPC-600/610/620 and others.
- Team management experience.
- Familiar with 5 tools form automotive industry. Such as APQP,MSA,SPC,PPAP and FMEA
- Be good at internal communicate and coordinate skill. English is required and simple Chinese is perfect.
- Know about component characteristic（mechanical/electronic） for 2 types at least such as die-casting，stamping，plastic，capacitor, IC and so on.
- PPT,EXCEL and WORD Other skill for work such as PPT, EXCEL and WORD.
