1. เพศหญิง อายุระหว่าง 20 ปีขึ้นไป
2. วุฒิการศึกษา ไม่จำกัดสาขา
3. สนใจงานขาย มีทักษะการสื่อสารที่ดี พูดจาฉะฉานมั่นใจ น้ำเสียงน่าฟัง
4. สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ โปรแกรม MS-Word / Excel / Outlook ได้
5. ถ้ามีประสบการณ์ด้านการขายทางโทรศัพท์มาก่อน จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ

ช่วยดูแลระบบหลังบ้าน และ คอยตอบลูกค้า ที่ซื้อไปแล้ว และมีคำถามที่ไม่เข้าใจ
ช่วย Sale ตอบคำถาม ทางด้าน Technique ผ่าน Zoom (ถ้ามี)
ช่วยสร้าง Content (ปกติจะใช้ Content เก่า) และ Update FB
ช่วยออกไปกับ Sale ในการคล้องอุปกรณ์ หน้างาน
ช่วยดูแล Web ทำการโปรโมทเวบ ด้วย Google Adword และ SEO

Project Management: Manage the entire lifecycle of multiple concurrent projects, from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, controlling, and closure.
Application Development Oversight: Work closely with app developers using a variety of programming languages including, but not limited to, Dart/Flutter (Native App), Node.js/TypeScript (Backend), and PHP/Laravel (Backoffice). Provide technical guidance, ensure alignment with project requirements, and oversee development progress. Basic understanding of coding and troubleshooting skills are necessary.
Integration with Building Systems: Collaborate with building engineers and security personnel to integrate our systems with existing building infrastructure, including security access systems, elevators, and other relevant building technologies. This requires a strong understanding of building automation systems and the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical personnel.

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for B2B and B2C segments, encompassing digital marketing, content marketing, and public relations

Create compelling marketing materials, including website content, brochures, presentations, social media posts, and email campaigns. This includes copywriting and briefing graphic designers
Manage and optimize marketing budgets effectively
Oversee and coordinate the activities of external marketing agencies and vendors. This includes assessing their capabilities and ensuring deliverables meet expectations
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with overall business objectives
Track and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to senior management

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Strong project management and organizational skills
Experience briefing and managing external creative agencies
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing analytics tools
Excellent copywriting and content creation skills
Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing
Proven experience in both B2B and B2C marketing. Experience with market segmentation and audience targeting is essential.
